The Pathway

The Tier Levels of the Development School and the Advance Schools are there to cater for players of all abilities.
The Football School will run across all 4 terms, giving players more opportunities to learn and to develop.
The players will be moved into the relevant level according to their abilities.
There will be the opportunity for players to move up and down between the levels to encourage commitment, work ethic, competition and allow for those late developers and reward hard work.
Players will all follow the same programme whether in the Development or Advance School, with opportunities to play internal matches against each other, as well as other clubs/school teams.
The advanced players will be given the opportunity to play outside the region in tournaments and against other regions.
